This Project aims to enhance the quality of tourism services, strengthen compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensure an appropriate balance between regulatory oversight and the sustainable development of the tourist hospitality sector during the Hajj season in the cities of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, through the promulgation of Draft Rules and table of Violations and Penalties governing the Tourist Hospitality Establishment Activity therein.
